Ron and his son Ross knew what they were doing. Very professiona, on time; payment as quoted and quality work. I had over 35 ballisters replace with blk iron, new post and rails. Love the updated look. Definitely will hire again for our basement.

The quality of the work was excellent. He showed up at the agreed upon time and completed it in a timely manner. Just be aware that you need to dispose of the old staircase yourself. That may be standard procedure. I didnâ t know.

Stair Artisan. .Mr Ron was very professional and knowledgeable.. He was a delight to employ... HE actually made me trust contractors again. His work WAS BEAUTIFUL... well worth the price. He did the work expeditiously. Took the time to thoroughly explain the process and what I should expect. i was NOT DISAPPOINTED. My husband and I were very pleased ... This was my first experience with Home Advisor. I am very pleased that Stair Artisan contacted me. I needed a partial railing to give me support to get up a high step. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional. Knew what I needed. It turned out beautifully and goes well with my house. I am very pleased.
