Out of three quotes to have two rooms painted including a skim coat on one of the plaster ceilings along with all molding, I received the most reasonable quote from Square Construction. Luis was courteous and professional. He came by to take a look and explained in detail what would be done with regard to the ceiling. Received a written estimate which was the price I ended up paying. His two workers arrived on time every morning with Luis who was always a phone call away. They did an excellent job on the ceiling which had major peeling from the old layers of paint (a 90 year old house). Job was completed earlier than expected. Luis listened to my needs and made sure all the work was done to my approval. On the final day, I asked him for a rough estimate to paint my basement which was VERY reasonable so I'm planning on moving forward with that very soon.

Overall great job at replacing the window capping for 7 windows. Luis came out first to examine what I needed done, gave me an estimate and then scheduled to have the work done. Cleaned area when job was completed. Will hire for future jobs.

Luis provided a reasonable estimate on two interior doors that needed repair. He suggested ways that I could save money on the job. Most contractors never suggest money saving tips, they just find ways to drain your wallet. I hired Luis, and will hire him again for future repairs. Job well done.

Luis and his team of painters are great!.  First of all, out of the four estimates I received, Luis was the ONLY ONE knowledgeable of specific painting techniques.  His professionalism far exceeds "just painting a wall."  The results were amazingly beautiful.  I was very happy with their work.  Besides their craftsmanship, they are very neat - they clean up -  and they move the furniture before and after the work is done. Communication is excellent as Luis listens carefully to what you want and then does not leave until you are fully satisfied.  They are prompt, polite, and meticulous. I will definitely be contacting Luis again for my future home improvement projects.  He has proven himself to be trustworthy, reasonably priced, dependable and overall - professional.  Excellent work - Highly recommended!!!

Luis is a serious professional and an honest Christian. He owns and supervises all the Jobs he takes. He comes prepared, makes sure that expectations are clear, and confirmed specific options every step of the way. We now have a beautiful Bathroom!

Luis and his associate did an excellent job painting our bedroom and fixing the cracks on the walls -- he even brought the paint! We also had our bedroom floor done, which turned out perfect.
