Prime Tree Service

I had a single limb 15' up from the ground on a black walnut tree that needed to be dropped. After completing the online form, they made phone contact with me and Nick said he would be out the same day to cut it down. He called prior to arrival to confirm that I was home. Limb was dropped safely. Thanks Nick!

I had them cut down three dead trees on my property which was done quickly and efficiently (and honestly for a pretty great price). The crew cleaned everything up; raked the whole area for the little sticks and stuff too. Unbelievably, two days later, on the night of Dec. 23rd, a huge box elder tree (really kind of five trees in one) in my backyard split in a storm. Two of the trunks fell on in my yard, one trunk in my neighbor's yard, and two were left standing. I called Nick up the next day, and on Christmas Eve he came out to talk to me about it, and how he could help. I already had paid for the three other trees, and didn't want to shell out a ton for this gigantic one, but he worked with me on the price and we got to a very reasonable spot. His crew came out first thing the Monday after Christmas and had all five trees down and gone by probably 1pm. Everything was cleaned up immaculately just like the first time. I definitely appreciate the work that Nick and his crew did. I also appreciated that my kid had hours occupied by watching the crew, the big trucks, the cutting, chipping, etc. That amount of entertainment for a little kid was probably the greatest service :)

Things went well the first day or so then they took a turn for the worst. The crew that came in and cut down the trees were very professional and highly skilled. I was impressed to say the least. After the tree and stump removal the Owner Nick came by to collect the remaining balance of money owed which I got a good vibe about him from personally meeting him when we set up the arrangements, so I did not hesitate to pay him. Boy was I wrong and also learned a lesson !!! Mind you now the crew has left after cleaning up but forgot one certain item which sat in my yard for a month. The Bucket off his skid steer. So anyhow Nick was supposed to send someone out to fix the grass with topsoil, seed, and hay for covering to keep the seed from drying out and from the birds eating it. Well no, Hay.. I watered several weeks religiously and still, no grass has grown. Anyhow after that, we had called him several times for him to come and remove the stump grindings He and or his crew were supposed to get rid of. We waited two weeks after calling him (Nick) multiple times. finally, someone came out and removed them which finally they did. He came with his skid loader and drove across the grass in other areas of the yard to dispose of them. Mind you I have two acres and my lawn looks like a dirt track. I am fed up and wanted to share my story so that you do not have the same outcome as I did. Nicks incompetence to properly run his business and keep his promises to his client (me) is disappointing to say the least. The major lesson is DO NOT PAY until the job is completed!!!

I had a stump to grind and contacted Nick who was there the next day to review the project. While he was here I learned he has a tree cutting service called Prime Tree Service and discussed removing six dead Ash trees. Nick quoted me a great price, and his crew arrived four days later. Can't say enough about these guys, they were professional, polite, and some the hardest working college men you want working on a project like this. They cut down all the trees, chipped, then cleaned up the lawn of all limb, then raked all the small debris and then used blowers to clean up the small stuff. My lawn was clean. The supervisor Steve was great to work with and put plywood boards down for the trees to fall on which protected my lawn. Finally, the stump was removed and the job was finished. I highly recommend these guys and will have them back this winter to finish up on some remaining trees.

We needed two very large trees removed in the front of the house and a few more in the back/side of the house. Nick responded within minutes of my emailing them for a quote. He came out that same morning (actually within 30 minutes after we talked on the phone) to give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable with how many trees we were wanting to be removed. We were able to schedule within a week for the service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! On the day of the service, his team of 5-6 men came out. They were all very professional and efficient! They were very careful with trying not to ruin our yard, which was very considerate of them. My husband and I were very impressed with the job well done on the stump removal and how well they cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned our roof! I would definitely recommend their services to friends/family and I would hire them again for future work!

Spring Trim 4 Seasons cut down and hauled away my trees and bush. They did a great job; professional, timely and cleaned up after the job. Price was great too. Will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.
