This project was done in a very efficient manner. From Bob who came out and gave us an estimate and explained the process to the crew who came the following week. Hot weather has started and we can feel the difference in the house already. I would highly recommend Specialty Insulation!

Terrible customer service. The project was rescheduled 3 times. The installers were scheduled to come at 10 and showed at 2:30 and didnâ t call. I paid a deposit of half and was promptly billed for the balance. I requested the paperwork to submit to Avista 3 times so far, itâ s over 2 weeks later and I still donâ t have it. I called today to say I would pay the balance as soon as I received the necessary paperwork. I was told by the woman answering the phone that she didnâ t work in that dept but would send another email. She was flippant and made no effort to help me resolve the problem. I would not use them again or recommend them.

I've had ice dams for years. I finally researched it enough to realize it was an insulation problem (I wish I had been smart enough to figure it out sooner). Anyway Speciality Insulation came out and gave me a truly reasonable estimate. The technician found an uninsulated heating pipe, missing batts, in addition to the original find of inadequate insulation. They fixed all of that. I have a room that was perennially cold, it's warm now, no ice dams and I am sure my gas bill will go down. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant people. Very pleasant, efficient and did what they said they could do for an affordable price.

Cole expedited our job. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner.
