Fantastic communication and service. Did a great job cleaning my apartment. I would definitely use them again.

First, I like to say that I like that Tamika and her partner were very professional and she was responsive and diligent with all of my questions before hiring. I am always open to supporting black owned businesses. I was a little disappointed in the tardiness the day of our scheduled service. They arrived and hour and half late. It was pretty late in the evening and I felt that some things were rushed and therefore missed along the way. This could have been avoided if they arrived on time and we were able to carefully catch things. Overall, I think there's a good opportunity to provide higher quality of work. The cost was a bit high compared to others. As long as we schedule a reasonable time that can be adhered to I'd be willing to try them again and refer them as well.

Tamika came out and provided an estimate right after I called. She was very detailed and professional. The weekly cleanings are consistently very good. I would recommend Sparkling Fresh to anyone.
