I will highly recommend Southland Roofing & Imp. They came to inspect my roof and assisted me with my insurance. Now I have a beautiful roof and happy to keep my family safe.

Do not use this company for metal roofing or fascia replacement. There is no management oversight of the crew. I had to communicate with non-english speaking workers who did not understand what I wanted done. Ive been trying to arrange with Saul (owner) for his crew to finish work that they neglected to do or that was done improperly. He has ignored my telephone requests. Once he receives your money you wont hear from them again. Dont believe their customer service adds. One situation that was irritating occurred when Saul determined how much metal was required for the deck roof. He was short 20 pieces of roofing material and Saul attempted to negotiate for more money even though it was a mathematical error on his part. I felt that was unethical. Again, dont hire Southland Roofing, there are more professional and better quality minded companies that can perform the work for you.

This is the first time in 8 years we have gotten a bad review, and not for doing poor work but because we had some (4 workers) nonenglish speaking workers and for not returning a call. Fred and I (Saul) kept in touch as the crew was working. Every time he called to ask a question I answered and related that information to the crew. The job was completed accordingly to the scope and we even did a small repair that was not part of our scope (siding) after the hurricane and did not ask for an additional charge. Mr. Fred said that he wasn't going to pay the final payment if work was not finished or satisfied. We got our final payment and he said he was satisfied. A few days later he discovered there was a small part missing and he asked to get this corrected. We said we were going to send someone there and I asked our sales rep. John to follow up. He had an accident and ended up in the hospital (we can prove it). John Call (3 times) Fred this past Saturday to see if we still need to send someone out there. we left a message since no one pick up the phone or returned a call. I am sorry you feel this way, Mr. Fred.

Mr.Saul was a great, heart warming,God fearing gentleman. He wants to do the best he can.,at his job. His rates are reasonabe. he seems to be very trustful. I will definately tell my neighbors about him, and the good job he and his company did. God Bless.
