Tyler and his team have been such a help this last week in getting my raccoon and rat situation under control for us. We didn't know how extensive it might be but they handled it with such professionalism and got the situation handled. I can't say enough good things about the company. They are prompt, professional, and I felt that I had great customer service. I felt that they were fair in price and I highly recommend them for regular services as well.

I was very satisfied with the service. Racoons were coming into my backyard and damaging my grass at night. Tyler was able to identify that it was racoons and trapped them. He answered all my questions. He was very patient and helpful.

You can never know. Maybe he did something good; maybe not. This is a one-man show - a **mom-and-pop** company. He said he would return with a helper and they would go around the attic from the inside and the roof outside, identifying and plugging rodent access holes. The charge was $695 which he said was half what some other company would charge. He returned on the day of treatment without any helper. He took a bit less than an hour to walk the roof and plugged one area that he said was a possible entrance area. When we asked about the attic he said - look at me - I am too big to crawl around attics. So, for $695 we had one possible point of ingress plugged, and no exploration of the attic. That seems a bit expensive and may be inadequate to solve our problem. Cannot be sure. If our problem persists, we may have to hire a company of exterminating professionals.
