Great experience working with Ryan and his team. He carefully reviewed the job with us, provided us with an informational packet, and gave us a clear understanding of the materials and how the paint would be applied. The workmanship was perfect and completed on time. We were impressed by the fact that although he was not with his team each day, he regularly showed up to check the progress of the work. The painters were polite, friendly, and meticulous! So nice to have an stress-free experience!

Two years ago we hired Southern Painting to paint the kitchen, dining and living rooms and hallways interior of our son’s condo. His crew did a professional and high-quality job ahead of schedule. Needless condo to say when we needed to get our own condo painted, we contacted Southern Painting. When it came to pricing, Southern Painting offered the best value after I made sure all quotes were comparable. Additionally, Ryan was the only one to offer two coats of the base color for a minimal charge, whereas others only provided one. Ryan was incredibly professional, and the team that painted my home, led by Edward, was outstanding. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Edward and his team did. Ryan’s focus on ensuring I was completely happy with the result made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful we again chose Southern Painting and would highly recommend them without hesitation. The work was done ahead of schedule and Ryan checked in several times during the process.

Ryan and his team if painters came in to clean another painting companies job. He was upfront with the work he was going to be able to accomplish with flaws that were in place by the builder and most importantly by the first company that was hired for the job. His team is very respectful and made a lousy job presentable and to our liking. Look no further than this company!

They painted both the inside and the outside of my home. Did a great job they were timely courteous and would recommend. I would certainly use them again for any future painting needs.

We just had the exterior of our house painted and it was an exceptionally fine job. All of the steps involved, from power washing to caulking to sealing to painting were completed exactly as Ryan specified. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and were highly organized, efficient and, above all, professional. When the job was completed, they left our house neat and clean. I highly recommend Southern Painting to anyone seeking a house painting contractor. They delivered as promised and we were completely satisfied. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. You won't be sorry.

A team of 5 painted the entire interior of our condo (1500+ sq') in half the time expected. And they did a great job. Cleaned up at the end of the first day so we could function that evening. They protected all areas not being painted. Then it only took them half of the following day to finish up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a painter.

We hired Southern Painting to paint the interior of our Siesta Key Condo and could not be happier with the work performed, They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Finished ahead of schedule, The work was superb. Ryan even went out of his way to find a paint color that was no longer available. Would highly recommend.
