This project started out as a seeding job. I haven't been able to grow grass for past two years and last time I put sod down it lasted only one season. This spring I even sent soil samples off for testing to determine the problem. A few days before hiring South East Landscape, I purchased 10 yards of compost which was delivered and dumped onto the front lawn. I needed someone to till it into the existing soil. Brad and his crew tilled it into the soil and recommended sod rather than seed. I'm glad I took his advice. They did an excellent job preparing the soil prior to putting down the sod. - they even fixed and added sprinkler heads where needed to make sure the new sod would get full coverage. They trimmed a large oak tree, providing additional sunlight and even finished up with pine straw in the flower beds. My front lawn has been transformed from an eyesore to a beautiful front yard. I highly recommend this company.

Brad returns phone calls and is prompt. Some people do not understand how important this is. Brad and his staff do. Brad worked me into a busy schedule and gave our yard his personal attention.
