What stood out most was his patience and kindness—our six‑year‑old had a lot of questions, and Shawn took the time to answer every one without hesitation. Shawn was the only person that responded to my request for fixing my dryer. His response was almost immediate. He came within hours of the request. His diagnosis was spot on. Shawn came to work on my washing machine that wasn’t operating. When the first repair didn’t fix the problem, he did more research and came back with another part that fixed the problem. I hired Shawn for some basic repairs (replacing exhaust fan, fixing molding, door repair, etc.) and he did an excellent job. Based on his expertise, pricing and quality of work I had him replace the flooring in my rental. He did an excellent job. I just kept giving him more tasks a d jobs until my renal looked phenomenal and I was able to place it in the market. So glad to have found him as I know I’ll use him for many jobs in the future.

Shawn was amazing to work with. He did several projects for me including plumbing and installing kitchen stove and garbage disposal. Shawn went above and beyond and was very thorough and thoughtful in his work. Shawn was a “jack of all trades”. I would hire him again if I ever need anything done.
