They didn't bother to call and set up a time to come to do the work. sent a text 30 minutes before they were coming and since we both work noone was home. they climbed the fence to get into the yard. i won't be calling them back to reinstall my panels. they also parked where they shouldn't have.

I am now 3 months into project still not complete. Panels removed for new roof then could not get them to finish project. Workmanship is aweful,uneven and not level.This company has provide me with no customer service but they are nice on phone. This is not a 5 star business.

Efficent Unlike many other solar companies they will repair systems they did not install. We have had two sets of panels installed. Both companies are no longer in business. Solar Alternatives fixed the nonworking panels, and cleaned the panels. Now, we are looking for even greater returns on our investment in solar panels.
