Charged $6,000 dollars for a furnace that sells for less than $4,000 at most other places. Lead installer blatantly lied to me and my wife about being present at the Final Inspection. I tried to call him, but the number on his card now belongs to another person. According to his dispatcher he is never there for final inspections. They have another individual that attends ALL final inspections. I could never contact individuals in their office. I was told "She's not back from lunch" or She's out of the office or sick today. "He had surgery and is just coming back. They never called back or acknowledged e-mails until I reached an employee who was competent and got the office manager to contact me by e-mail. The initial install was done incorrectly per the gas company and they had to come back and seal the area around the furnace box.

They unpluggd my dryer and hot water heater and forgot to plug them in again. Otherwise, they did fine.

This company was professional, expedient, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. Not having any experience with HVAC, they explained what was needed and why, they helped me with permits and testing as well as accommodating the requirements if my HOA. I highly recommend this company,

The installer manage to blow out the waterheater pilot. Did not notice and leaf my elderly tenants with cold water. My tenant hired a handy man to relight it. Otherwise the installation was good. Price excellent.
