The good is, they cleared my drain in a reasonable amount of time and the two guys were polite and professional. The bad is they left a mess for me to clean up after they left. They also drove through my yard on the way out and left a rut which I'll have to repair in the spring. The person who called me said they could not give an estimate on pricing since they didn't know what it would take but that they'd "take care of me". I think his definition and mine don't match since it was an awful lot of money for me to have to deal with cleanup and lawn damage. I certainly won't be calling them in the future.

the owner of Snakes R us contacted me by phone only minutes after submitting a request on angie's list for drain cleaning. He told me the most it would cost was $160 to clear the basement drain His workers come about 12.20pm, started at the toilet, removing it, the moved to floor drain in game room, and finished with the outside clean out drain . Iasked for the bill ,they said they needed to call their boss, they did and put me on the phone . He told me that it was $160 plus $50.18 for going through angie for booking him. I tried to explain that wasn't mentioned ,he said that is what they charge him for going through angie , so I need to pay up. Having to leave I paid what he wanted.. Later i discovered the basement wasn't cleaned up very well, sewer debris on carpet, bathroom floor , and steps. also the toilet seal was not replaced.

Highly recommended. My sewer was backing up into my basement. Couldn't get several plumbers on he phone, then called Snakes R Us. They came out within 2 hours, very professionally unclogged the sewer. Two of the nicest, most professional guys to work with. no BS upsell, just great service. I'll not only call them again, I'll recommend them to everyone.

The workmen were very personable and courteous I enjoyed their professionalism

This company is great. They went above and beyond to help me fix my sewer issues. They explained everything that they were doing, why they were doing it. Made sure that the issue was 100% fixed before leaving and even got rid of the mulberry bush causing me my sewer issues. The price was also extremely reasonable.

FIVE STAR company!!! This company responded immediately by phone and within hours a two-man crew showed up and got to work trying to find out what the issue was. After they worked nonstop for two hours and did two different types of line snakes they thought that they had reached the septic tank and it had appeared to them that the septic tank mustâ ve been full or a blockage possibly at that end. We then called a septic company and had them come out and check to see if they could empty the tank and if that would solve our problem however our tank was not full but they discovered that there was no water coming from our house pipes out to the septic tank so they advised that there mustâ ve been a clog somewhere. We called this company back and they were phenomenal -the owner responded right away his crew was here within an hour or so and within 45 minutes using different tools on a different type of snake line and head they were able to discover a clog in a very weird piping situation and unclogged it and fixed our water problem and did not charge any additional fees. The two-man crew crew that came out both times were extremely friendly, very nice hard workers and explained their process the whole time. Our overall experience in a very stressful situation was made better by this company and how they interacted with us and resolved our problem within 24 hours. We highly recommend you call this company first if you have an issue as you can count on them 100% and their pricing was reasonable too especially for it being after hours!

They would not take a check only cash. They did respond the evening that I needed them though. Took quite awhile to get to my house and it was late. If I would have understood that they were going to take quite awhile I would have waited until another time. It was not an emergency

Fast, responsive, and determined to finish the project. Handled several smaller issues in addition to my primary concern. Friendly, skilled, and happy to be helping solve my issues. Would gladly hire again.

Went online to check what services would be available and rough costs through Angi. Disappointed because online quotes were more than my budget I figured I would do the work myself. Later that night I got a call from Snakes are US and they said they would be able to come do the work then and at a much more affordable cost. The next morning I preped the work area and called them in. 2 hours later my problem drains worked again and at half the quoted Angi cost. If I run into other issues Snakes are US will be my first call and recommendation. Very helpful.
