Eric and Smalltown Property Revival are a true blessing. I had multiple projects going, including ac window install, replacing smoke alarms, hauling, furniture moving, linoleum tile removal, chain-link fence replacement, plus rebuilding a deck and lattice work. They then installed French doors that were on back-order and proceeded to construct a cute pallet fence for me out of pallets that were taking up space and collecting debris in my basement! This company is amazing.

Eric did two jobs for me, 1 installed 2 porch handrails (used better quality anchors than ones in kit) 2 assembled an 8' X 8' pergola and anchored it into the ground, did a great job, Eric was friendly and professional

Smalltown Property Revivial is a highly professional small handyman business that can handle most of your general repairs and rebuilds for your home. They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have. We are waiting on a set of French doors to be delivered, then they will install those. I highly recommend Smalltown Property Revival for your home handyman needs. Am updating as the French doors came in and were installed so well. They look amazing. Eric and Smalltown also added lattice to the deck railing that gives an elegant touch as well as enhanced privacy. I may need to re-submit my pictures and will gladly attach several so others can appreciate Smalltown attention to detail.
