Let's just say Stan of Small Home Repairs is my go to guy for all future projects. His work was detail oriented and exceeded my expectations. He removed a hot tub from a two tiered deck and replaced the lower deck with stairs and a built-in planter. We didnt know what to do with the area; Stan came up with great ideas and executed them beyond expectations. He somehow stayed inside his original quote even though it seems he did even more then we asked for. High quality work and trustworthy, what more do you need?

We had a few minor issues which we worked through and he did make good on any work that wasn't to my satisfaction.
Response from Company:
The work was never an issue, in fact the men received a tip on completion of the job. This was the first problem after many years of being in business. It was a communication issue, where a specific type work was expected and not discussed prior, or documented by any paper work. Nevertheless the issue was resolved. It should have been a 5 Star. Please read the rest of our reviews, they speak for themselves.

The first appointment Stan came in prepared to take measurements and was able to provide more options and alternatiive than Certified and Roger . The cost was relatively cheaper, he recommanded other professionals to do jobs that he does not specialize in. My experience is good.
