Thank you for your feedback. We offer 'pay as you go' lawn service contracts to ensure our clients' properties receive top quality service. If a client only wants occasional service and the grass grows to 9 inches tall or higher (which often happens when service is delayed beyond the 10-14 day service time frame in our contracts), we offer single service brush cutting at a higher price because it is much more difficult to maintain a property whose grass is not regularly mowed. Customers can select from the services we offer to best maintain their properties and to best fit their budgets.

Frank offers 2 methods of payment; you can pay up front for the season or pay as you go. Excellent for those who need options. He uses great equipment and wears all appropriate safety gear when on site. He's very reliable and I highly recommend his services.

He is very old school and has a great work ethic and is very professional. He is very personable and communicative. He makes me feel comfortable with him and comfortable with him in our home. Frank maintains a great attitude and consistently asks for feedback and makes sure he does it right the first time. He pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist in his work. His pricing is more than fair. Overall a phenomenal experience. When I need something, he is the first person who comes to mind. He does quality work, does it right the first time, respectful, and welcomes feedback.
