Demoliton and communications was prompt and effecient, drying of sudfloor water damage was excellent. Communication on reconstuction is slow and timeline is not clear.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. They rebuilt our deck after original construction failed. 50% overrun on project cost due to ineptness. Very much out to take advantage of Insurance claims which ultimately raise insurance cost for all of us. Two of the major subcontractors they hired were dishonest, sloppy, with very poor quality workmanship. We had many personal items damaged during the project. One item was stolen from our property. Would never recommend this company.

I was so impressed with their work ethic, excellent communication, integrity and high quality work that I was inspired, yes inspired to give them a big shout out. I own a business so I know what it takes to do what they do and I couldnâ t be more appreciative. Total feel good experience!

Our insurance agent recommended Sierra James after after our first attempt was with a contractor who wasnâ t willing to work with our insurance. I am thankful to find a company that cared about the customer. All employees were very professional and respectful of our requests to wear a mask as we are 76 yrs old. It seems difficult to find a company with integrity and customer service but this company has both. They always returned phone calls and kept scheduled appointments, notifying us if any problems. They worked well with our insurance and provided a detailed, written bid for the work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with the professional level this project has done. We had water damage under our house resulting in a mold issue. Sierra James came in and removed the mold issue with great satisfaction. Contacts with them were always on time...crew was very pleasant and a joy to have in our home. Work was completed on time with actually no disruption in our lives. Very happy to recommend them to anyone needing their services. they cleaned up when they left and was greatly appreciated. You will not be disappointed hiring them!!!

These guys are awesome! I had a major water leak from my dishwasher, and my kitchen floor had to be replaced. Sierra James handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. From my first meeting with Jesse, through the mitigation process, and the final installation, everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect; even my three dogs liked them! I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra James for any project. I love my new kitchen!
