I wanted a roof over my deck that would attach to the house and follow the roof line. We had several companies come out to look at the job and some didn't get back to us and others were way out of the price range. Tim gave us a decent estimate, had the work done in a week, made contact every couple of days, and the roof addition looks great. I would recommend him to anyone.

Shorescapes took a formally wooded area in my yard and transformed it to a green lawn. They added topsoil, planted seed and covered it with a seed mat . The grass grew well and I now have a beautiful green lawn.

I'm so pleased with the deck and fence Tim installed. This project involved removing an old fence and deck and completely replacing. Other than a bit of a delay because of waiting for the city to inspect, which is beyond the contractor's control, the work went very quickly. Great job with cleanup.

Tim is a very nice guy and goes the extra mile. They did a great job and we are very pleased.
