Brian is an absolute master of his craft! I recently hired him to install a home Tesla Charger. From start to finish, Brianâ s expertise, and professionalism was great. Brian was very professional and was able to resolve the issue quickly. However, it was a simple circuit that had 3 outlets supported by a 4th outlet that was a GFCI. I just purchased the home and was not familiar with this type of set-up. So when the 3 outlets went out we did not know there may be a 4th that had a reset button (which was in the garage). Brian found the issue reset the GFCI, and explained the problem and possible future safety hazards. The reason I did not give 5 stars and not 5 is because he charged me $200. I thought that was a bit high considering. I will use him again in the future and have already referred him to a friend.

I'm sorry you feel I over charged you. We discussed what the fee was going to be over the phone before I came which you agreed to. I did resolve your issue regardless of the simplicity. A lot of people do not realize that we are charged fees by Angi for these job leads. And also I drove from Portsmouth which is a half hour away. if I didn't charge my minimum fee I wouldn't make any money. I hope you understand. Thanks.
