I hired Shamrock Chimney to clean and inspect my chimney for the sale of my home 4 weeks in advance of the deadline. I let them know numerous times that I had a deadline to provide the report. They rescheduled 4 times, one of the times telling me they were on their way and then following up with a text saying they gave the appointment to another customer. I let them know I would pay an extra fee if it meant they could keep the appointment, noting that I was under contract to provide this report. I reminded them of this each time they called to cancel, and was laughed at once and told it was "not their problem that it was heating season." After the final cancelation, I let them know I would now miss my deadline for my house contract and they again said that was not their fault and that an appointment is not a guarantee - regardless of circumstance. I was in tears and as a business owner cannot fathom treating customers with such disregard and disrespect.

Very unethical company. Seems to be part of a much larger organization or franchise where the upcharges are excessive. Best off getting in touch with a local supply house and see who they recommend.

If you want to wait around all day, rescheduling plans and not getting the expected service, schedule with this company. BUT IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT DON?T BOTHER. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. 3 times in a week I was scheduled and then rescheduled for a chimney cleaning and inspection and 4 times they failed to show up!!! At least in the first 3 instances I received a text indicating they were not coming about 1 ½ hours into the scheduled timeframe and they would come later in the day or another day but the 4th time they didn?t show up or notify me they were not coming to do the job. When I called the office on Friday, 12/27 at 6:19 pm to find out when they would arrive, I was told they were done for the day. The employee, Lucas, had no answer as to why they didn?t show up or call to cancel. The supervisor, Stephanie, also had no idea why the technician didn?t show up or call. One would think that when they rescheduled me on 12/19 and again on 12/20 due to

Shamrock was contracted to repoint my brick home. I authorized a $5,000 deposit payment to Shamrock Chimney over the phone, using my Navy Federal credit card ending in 0851 on 6/18/2024. The work began on Monday, June 24th, with assurances from Juan, the contractor, that scaffolding and a crew of four to five men would be utilized. Contrary to this, as evidenced in attached photographs, only a two-man crew operated from ladders, which violates OSHA safety requirements. Additionally, the crew damaged the bricks with a grinder, as depicted in the photos. Despite these issues, I was assured the problems would be rectified upon completion. When I requested to pause the work to assess its quality, Mary at Shamrock's head office informed me that any interruption would incur additional charges. Concerned about safety and work quality, I engaged a Masonry Restoration company to inspect the site on Wednesday, 6/26. They confirmed the work environment was unsafe and the contractors lacked necessary expertise. Consequently, I terminated Shamrock's services and contracted Masonry Restoration to complete the necessary repairs. Katie from Shamrock attempted to contact me regarding the work, but failed to address my concerns. Subsequently, Shamrock made two unauthorized transactions totaling $7,000 on my credit card

Eric was professional and passionate. My spouse recently had a stroke. Eric offered to go to the grocers for me, seeing that so was I was overwhelmed. What an awesome young man. The job was completed in a very professional manner. Thank God for Eric, that little at of kindness was appreciated.

I needed to bring my water heater pipes up to code, install a stainless steel lining system, relay a new cement crown, waterproof the entire chimney and reseal the flashing. My initial meeting was 6/1 with Juan who patiently answered all my questions. Although I had 2 lower estimates, I was so impressed with Juan, I decided to go with Shamrock which offered lifetime warranty for the liner and 10 year warranties for the rest. No tax financing for 12 months was a big plus for me. I scheduled my job for 6/12 and was told by Katie that it would either be done by Juan or Chuck, master technician and it would take about 5-6 hours. Chuck and Brian arrived 11:44 am within the 45 mins arrival time that Katie had texted me. Efficient, courteous and respectful, they completed the job in about 2 hours! I appreciate Chuck's recommendation for maintenance work for my chimney that may be needed in 1-2 years. I wanted the BEST and I got it!

The Owner of the company came out personally to do the work, Chuck did the antenna removal from the roof and connected a smaller form of receiver. Also, fixed the brick work around the chimney and weather sealed it. Brian and Chuck installed receiver in the pool house for TV reception. They are both technically savvy, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Great with brick work, went above and beyond and super nice guys! I highly recommend Shamrock Chimney for any project. Thanks again guys!
