Where do I start??? Hired to come and clean the chimney out before a Reno project. Took a vacation day and then got a call late afternoon that they had an emergency and had to reschedule. Changed to the next day. Then got another call late afternoon that they had to reschedule again after I took another day off. I said no. You need to honor your commitment. They said they would be there after 5 on that day. Fine. Got a call at 6pm from tech trying to find my address. Not even sure where he was. Tried calling the tech back 45 min later and he wouldnâ t answer. Needless to say I lost 2 vacation days and no response from this company. They never even reached out to reschedule. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Jose was very professional and thorough. Since it is difficult to see what is wrong with a chimney, he took photos and videos to show us the problems and to document his progress. I was very happy with his work.

BEWARE OF SHAMROCK CHIMNEY SERVICE. YOU WILL SPEND DAYS BY NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE AT ALL. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE. First time I used this company service was in 2020, technician came in and did repair on chimney pipe and provided to me FREE CLEANING AND INSPECTION SERVICE FOR 10 YEARS (EXP 2030), technician was visiting to do the service every year around November-December, everything was great and complains at all. Up until the moment I called on December of 2023 and asked for a cleaning service as usually, and the answer was You dont have that option of FREE cleaning service certificate for the remaining time left on your certificate provided to by one of technician who is no longer with the company, because the company is owned by another people now, and we dont serve old certificates even if you paid for it, now if you want to use our service, you can make an appointment and have a technician come and do the cleaning service for charge So the gentleman who was on the phone with me, he said either you want to take a new service or dont bother with old promises and certificates. I agrred, and asked them to send a technician for a charge. In December of 2023 they setup an appointment 3 times and never showed up, for you to understand waiting time frame is minimum 3 hours gap. They never showed up in December by having stupid excuses, like: technician got stock on the yard with materials and so on and on. So I waisted 3 of my days by taking off from work and never had a service. So on April 22nd I received a letter for cleaning and inspection service, and thought lets give them another chance. I ordered a service visit in advance for Saturday April 27, time frame 10-1pm, I waited for technician till 2pm, no one showed up again by claiming that he was very busy with other jobs, so we rescheduled for Monday, April 29th 8-11am. I was promised by secretary Mary that I will be a first visit on Monday, I assumed it will be around 8am, What do you think could possibly happen again? NO SHOW. This time they got an excuse by saying that technician got delayed on the yard with materials, is not it the same scenario as it was back in December? So I Have to go to work and said I cant wait no more. I dont how how they want to be in good relationship with customers if their customer and scheduling service is horrible. NEVER BELIEVE THEIR PROMISES. I WILL NEVER USE THAT SERVICE AGAIN.
