Reviews
Write a ReviewTal Shamir drove me around to obtain a great vanity,
They showed up on time everyday until the job was done. The workers were respectful of the property and furnishings. The work was well organized and done in a very professional manner. The promises made were all kept and the quality of work was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire this company for work in the future.
Excellent builders. Tal is a gem and did everything on schedule. He took me to tile stores that offered fantastic sales. Have hired him for a second project already. Absolutely and without hesitation would recommend Tal.
They're all on time and very hard working. They finished the job ahead of schedule
Great workers worked hard and got job done.
The owner, Tal Shamir, is extremely quick to respond to any phone calls or texts. He enjoys planning and designing with the client's needs in mind and has even told me a couple of times how I could do something in a way to save money. The crew is extraordinarily conscientious, showing up at 8:30 every day, (no missed days for another job) and working steadily until about 5, staying late if something needed to be completed. The job was completed exactly on the timeline as planned. The quality of the work is excellent. When I had a shower door specialist come out, he had nothing but praise for the workmanship; he wanted to know who had done the work because everything was expertly level and square and had been "floated" correctly. Tal's price was the lowest estimate I had, (although I'm sure I could have found someone less expensive), but the value for the quality of the work was extraordinary. I will most certainly have this company back when I'm ready to work on the kitchen.
Tal Shamir is assertive in a pleasant manner, and he takes care of everything. The workers were excellent--neat, organized, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm very pleased!
Very responsive to needs and changes. The finishing was absolutely beautiful. We are very pleased. L in Upland
The owner Tal is a very nice guy. You can get ahold of him quickly just about any time, and he comes by every other day to check in on the work. Payments were split into fourths so you can pay as the work progresses. I appreciated their ability to work on the areas that need attention rather than expanding scope and permits. His crew of 4 was very nice and communicated well for ESL. They generally had 2 guys here most of the time, arriving around 8am working until about 6pm including Saturdays. Price per man hour is about $50 which seems fairly typical for licensed bonded work including the basic construction materials. They get the job done relatively quickly and the work was complete. They did a good job masking the flooring and covering some tables, but there were a few of the usual wall knicks and quite a bit of dust that you can't easily avoid with construction work. I've already provided referrals to a couple of neighbors and hired them for a second job as well. Thanks for the great work!
