Serrano's Pool Plastering

Only communicated by email. While filling up pool, had concerns about the detail work. They let the pool completely fill up and then said they would have to drain it to fix the areas which were not done similar to what our pool had before they resurfaced it. Their attention to detail is lacking. They were also suppose to put the start up chemicals in the pool. They dumped chemicals in but when a sample was taken for analysis, they were not according to what they stated in written correspondence they should be at. I have had to make multiple trips to Pinch a Penny getting my water analyzed just to get it their written instructions.

The best thing i can say is if Looking for someone to do pool work look no further. A++ service , communication and price.

Very simple: They were nice easy to work with....The communication with Kimberly was fast and helpful. At the end the job was done in two mornings. Their estimate was fair for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Serrano's Pool Plasteting for any job.

Overall, it was a great experience. The pool looks 100% better. It's going to be beautiful once the curing process is complete. I'm very happy with Abel and his crew, as well as Kimberly, who keeps everything on track and makes sure all questions get answered. Great local family owned business!
