Septic Advisor is a small family owned company, and b/c of that, treat each septic/ sewer system as a unique situation. Their ability to problem solve, take on hard issues & find solutions is both efficient & a relief for this homeowner. I endorse their fortitude & professionalism & highly recommend them.

I reached out to Septic Advisor after the pumping company noticed an issue during regular maintenance. Mike came out to our house the same day I called and confirmed - we had a big problem. He was communicative and patient in explaining what needed to be done and was able to quickly connect me with the state engineer who would need to draw up plans for the new system. I am very grateful for his quick response and advice in dealing with an unfortunate situation!

Mike and his team are extremely responsive and professional. From the first contact to final installation for a large, complex septic system, it only took 2 weeks including all the permit and inspection. We are really grateful for finding Septic Advisor through Angie's list and hired him for our project. We cannot be happier! Highly recommended! Will definitely hire Mike again for any future needs.

Mike Theodore is the consummate professional. Everything was done completely and professionally including cleanup. Mike and his wife, Cherie have done other work for us and will do more in the future. They are great to have around. I am not sure we could survive without them. I recommend them for any task around your house. Excellent,excellent people.
