This team is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to the job. They pretty much rebuilt the electronics of my system from the ground up. Their communication was highly responsive and above board and they always went the extra mile for me. When they started there was sewage pumping into my backyard. It was ugly and smelled horrendous! Now that they're done I looked in my yard yesterday and the grass was dry and beautifully green! The difference is astounding and I can't thank them enough for all they did to get me here. Including fixing the errors of my previous pro.

I hired Mike with Sep-Tek to do a septic system inspection on a new-build I was purchasing. Mike was quick to respond to me and coordinate with my builder to get the inspection done. During the inspection, he found a problem, called me to let me know, then quickly provided a written report and video so the builder knew exactly what needed repair. Mike then coordinated with the builder again to re-inspect their fix. Mike's professionalism and customer service are second-to-none, and I would highly recommend Sep-Tek for your septic system needs. Thanks, Mike!
