If I had known what I know now, I would have stayed away from this company. I ended up paying money for a cancellation that I made within the stipulated 3-day period. This company, owned by Keith Ware was given permission to install an alarm system at my residence which is monitored through Guardian and partnered with Alarm.com. The contract stated that there is a 3-day period in which the user can cancel without incurring any expenses or penalties. This company will NOT honor this. After I cancelled my agreement with this company within less than 24 hours of service, the owner (Keith Ware) still insisted that I pay him labor fees and installation charges. His team of 3 (one of them who spent a considerable amount of time sitting and playing with his phone) came to my home to install the system. They spent just as much time with tech support as they did installing said system since there were issues from the beginning. Some features on the panel would not work, and the cameras would not stay connected. This rendered the system useless and unreliable. I cancelled the agreement the next day and requested that this company remove the system and process my refund as per the agreement. This company then requested that I pay additional labor AND restocking fee outside of the agreed amount. After refusing to pay the additional money that this company wanted, I was then served with a suit to appear in small claims court. I would advise anyone who intends on doing business with this company that there is a possibility that you will to part ways with your money without receiving the service that you signed up for.
