I called Problem Solved on the weekend because my kitchen light was not working. Joe came on a Sunday (much more responsive than I expected). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved my problem quickly. He also was very respectful of my home and put shoe covers on as not to track anything into my home. RD called me immediately after I submitted my request, quickly determined if he could fix my issue, scheduled me for the next day and fixed the broken (heavy) light fixture that was dislodged from my high ceiling within a couple hours.
