He didn't do any air side of furnace replaced ignitor we had loud bang noise it was because we needed the furnace to be cleaned and vacuumed I saw pics from real furnace guy it was full of rust and cresol flakes he never vacuumed anything terrible job never fixed problem

I reached out to Chris Scotti several years back to maintenence my heatpump heating and cooling system. Chris it immediately responsive to requests for service and has resolved any issue I have had with my heating and cooling system quickly and at a fair price. Recently my A/C was nit cooking my home. I sent a email to Chris at 7:30 PM on. Friday evening not expecting him to respond until Monday. I made sure to mention it was not an emergency. Chris emailed me back that very evening and came out Saturday morning, the next day, and got my A/C to cool my home again. He did some follow up maintenance the following Tuesday. Amazing customer service is all I can say.

Hired Chris for a mini split unit install. I went with the cheaper option because I knew his family who recommended him. He botched the install caused a lot of damage to the interior property from a leak. He bent line sets to a 90 degree angle and silver soldered copper so he could bend the wiring to fit inside an interior wall (WHY?!?!?). He Report he has been doing this for many years and apparently mine was the first time he came across this. Why would not he not suggest what made the most sense for the space and maybe building a chaise wall. . Instead, he tried to cover up multiple mistakes, his poor work quality, inefficiency, and sneakiness caused more out of pocket expense, and prolonged my project timeline. And a cherry on top he verbally assaulted me after I would not give him back the unit I bought that he mangled with. I had to replace A brand new unit because the next HVAC guy could not use the original one due to his incompetence And disastrous work by Telling me to go â fxxx off . do not hire him. He is sloppy, hides mistakes and is completely unprofessional. He also brings trashy workers with him.
