Full roof replacement including plywood. When installing the new roof, a gap was left where the fascia was exposed. Water ended up getting into the roof causing damage. Not their mistake, but if we had been notified, we could have fixed it before water came pouring from the ceiling. Responsiveness to my initial calls of a leak were very slow and I ended up having to escalate to my sales person to get any attention. It took over two weeks to get someone out to look at it. They only came out to prove it wasn?t their fault and never provided the promised quote to repair it. Given their sales pitch and money spent, I expected a lot better. Would not use them again.

Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion — I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!

This was a terrible experience. Salesman did not show us any samples and so we chose color from brochure..... we now have the right shingle and wrong color. Salesman also insinuated we were LIARS and that he had shown us samples. He said that more than once. As God as my witness I do not lie. I cant believe the lack of integrity. I owned a business for 15 years dealing with executives of major corporations and hired as well as oversaw contractors complete their project deliverables. This was unacceptable business ethics from the beginning. We advised salesman we had a LeafFilter system on our gutters and asked if it should be removed prior to installation of roof. Salesman called Project Mgr who said "no, they'll be fine". The roofers cracked and totally destroyed the system. LeafFilter mgmnt came out and quoted that this 2 year old system was damaged beyond repair. Schoenherr owner didn't feel it was up to him to repair. The cost for this is $2600. Sad to say that all Schoenherr's advertisements explain how you will be treated like family, etc. It's all about money with them and I hope that any seniors on a fixed income like my husband and I will NOT be taken advantage of. He was in and out of hospital during all of this) . A very stressful situation for us. One note: Ross Schoenherr finally made the decision to give us $2600 to pay for LeafFilter. But for a very pricey roof we still have a color that looks terrible on the house. I do not recommend them. Also, we still keep finding nails on the driveway from piles of nails left on roof. So much for quality ! I have never had an experience that called for me to speak out like this.

From beginning to end they follow up on everything and make sure the job is done correctly to their and the supplier's specifications. I honestly cannot say anything bad about our experience. They are very professional, honest, and hard working.

Our sales representative was Dillion. He was extremely helpful and was always available to answer all our questions. Everyone from the company was very professional, hard working and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The roof looks great, and the additional venting has made a big difference inside the house. Very professional, protected my landscaping and did a great cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

Additionally, I arranged for a third-party inspection, and they fully cooperated to ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I must say that their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Despite the initial challenges, they were determined to make things right. While there were communication hiccups in the beginning, the fact that they were receptive to my concerns and actively worked to resolve them speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. In light of their efforts to address and fix the problem, I am revising my review to acknowledge their commitment to customer service. I believe that Schoenherr Roofing has taken this experience as an opportunity to improve its services and deliver better results to their customers. They did a great job. Everyone from the sales person to the roofers and the clean up person was great. Very professional hard working and everything they said they were going to do they did. I have already recommend this company to others.
