We have been using SaniClean for a few years. They are great at checking in frequently on what is needed and wanted. They come when they say they are and they do a great job! We recommend their services.

The cleaning crew is much more thorough than our previous cleaning company. Pricing is competitive. Periodically, SaniClean will check with us to make sure we are still satisfied and if there is anything they can improve. Overall we are quite pleased with SaniClean.

My first interaction was with Luke Bennett, who was professional and made the setup process easy and smooth. He offered a fair monthly rate and got our contract started without any hassle. From there, I met Ana Villafan, who visited our showroom to assess the space and ask about any specific needs. One of my key requests was that all the spa models in our showroom be wiped down weekly — not just cleaned, but really looked after. Ana personally came back with her own crew and handled the cleaning herself for several weeks. I could always tell when Ana had been there — her attention to detail is top-notch. Even small things like cobwebs around the base of the models were taken care of, which I truly appreciated. Eventually, she transitioned us to a permanent crew. The first crew did a decent job, but they weren’t quite as detailed or consistent as Ana’s team. I brought up my concerns with Ana, and she immediately took action, reassigning the showroom to Angelica and her daughters. Since then, it’s been smooth sailing. Angelica is easy to communicate with, reliable, and goes the extra mile — even honoring little requests like locking specific doors after finishing up. SaniClean has truly earned my trust, and it’s rare to find a cleaning company that combines professionalism, flexibility, and that personal touch. Highly recommended!
