Safelift Garage Doors

My previous garage door service provider seemed to have disappeared from Earth. I researched the web and Angi for a local service and found Safelift. I read reviews on Angi & Yelp etc. Contacted Safelift, sent photo of my garage door's issue. Received a prompt response from Leo, with a very reasonable estimate for repair and offered some no charge extra servicing.(lube, spring check, motor check etc). Making a convenient prompt appointment went smoothly, as did the repair process. Was completely satisfied with Leo and Safelift. Showed me another, observable problem, but with no hard sell for him doing a possible future repair. Gave me name of the part re in case I wanted to personally purchase from any source. I was happy with Leo and the whole professional, affordable process and would call on Safelift in the future for any necessary garage repair(s).

Leo from Safelift was terrific. Our garage door opener finally broke after acting funny for a few weeks. I called in the morning and he arrived early afternoon to have a look. Turns out the 30 year old electrical connection to the door opener is now illegal and we needed an electrician to upgrade the service.. The electrician was here the next morning and I let Leo know what time they woulb be finished . He was here an hour after they finished to install the opener He checked the cables, the springs, and lubricated the rails. Leo did a great job, you can’t go wrong with Safelift if you’ve got trouble with any part of garage door. Frank N.

Leo came by & gave a quote after looking at the entire job & not trying to upsell me on parts that I really did not need. Full disclosure I was shopping around. My interaction with leo was precise & to the point like I like things. I called him back, he gave me his next available appointment, which was actually just a few hours the same day.
