my radon reading indicated system not working. Nick called immediately and came the very next day. He was thorough and absolutely professional. He really cared about the project and making sure it was done correctly. He also charged a very reasonable fee which I was more than happy to pay. Honestly, one of the best, hardworking professionals I've dealt with in a very long time. Definitely trustworthy

Nick did a radon system for us in November. He wasn't sure because of the set up of our development and piping if the fan would be strong enough to mitigate completely, which is fine EXCEPT for he failed to give us a test kit, I called him and he still did not send a test kit and we have had absolutely no follow up regarding the system. So, while he did great work (I think) and he was very pleasant, I would not recommend SRS because now who knows if our system is even working?? We will test on our own but very disappointed.

The fan I installed is ideal for the application. I?m unsure why she would leave a two star review rather than contact me. It?s always a priority for me to make sure my jobs are done well and the customer is satisfied.

Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time to explain any part of the system you have questions on. On the day of install, he showed up on time and was completed earlier than expected. I would highly recommend his work.

Folks got right to me,we set a date. Got my quote,received my email, and then in a week or so later, the job was being done. The installer was great. I left him to do his magic he sent me a picture of where the fan would be, and that was all there was to it.

We spoke to many companies looking for someone to install a Radon System. By far the most knowledgeable and personable was Safe Radon Solutions. Dori was great and called us back and answered all our questions. Nick came out and was punctual and professional. The work was done in a day and we feel safer. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them. Most companies were charging double to what we were charged. Great value.
