Matt was the only plumber to respond to me, his quick response was truly appreciated. He rearranged his morning to put my no water a priority. He was very polite, professional, explained everything he was doing in regard's to the situation and parts needed. He was very trustworthy in my opinion, I was very impressed with his honesty and willingness to make sure I was taken care of and not left without water any longer than necessary. Definitely will be calling on Spragues with future needs. Will be passing along their name to friends in need…. Great Company!!!

Woke up to no water - Matt was the only person to respond to my message on Angi’s or any other plumber I left messages with. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my needs, was very upfront and honest with answers to my questions. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I didn’t go without water any longer than necessary. I was very grateful and impressed with his compassion and willingness to put my situation a priority. Future plumbing needs will be done with Sprague’s no questions asked. I’ll be passing along recommendations and references to friends in need. Very impressed with my overall experience, pricing was very reasonable for the time and job, great customer service!!
