One of the best contractor experiences in years. Questions answered to my satisfaction prior to the signing of contract. Fair, competitive price with a time completion commitment. Tom(owner) and Herman showed up at my house at 8:30 on the hottest day of the summer. The install was very difficult, with limited space. There was a construction glitch, my fault which they repaired, adding a couple of hours to the install. They never complained in spite of working in the direct sun. The job was completed, I was instructed on use and I’m operational 4 days prior to the promised date. Quality of the awning and installation, exceeded my expectations

He installs the product with the best warranty in the industry and installed it professionally, neatly and respectful of our property. And the price was very fair! We had a 10' x 16' motorized awning installed. Tom was excellent. Quality of workmanship was excellent as was cleanliness on site. In particular, his timing was impeccable. He showed up when he said he would and delivered when promised. Just in time for a large family gathering!

I had a great experience! Tom responded to my request for information within 24hrs, answered my followup questions and provided a rough estimate based on my initial measurements. He checked in to address any questions and determine if I was ready to move forward. He provided advice on the size of awning needed for the space, walked me through the feature choices, answered my questions and took an independent set of measurements. Installation occurred within a month of the down - payment even though there was a part that was on back order. The team arrived on time, completed the install, left no dust or debris, and even helped to move the furniture in place. This was excellent customer service at a competitive price!
