I spoke with Jake like 1 minute after I put in a tech request. After a short conversation, he had the situation figured out, quoted and scheduled. We had a two week time limit to execute this and Jake did this all in one day! I’ve asked our property manager to keep Shootin’ Trouble on file for any future repairs that maintenance cannot handle. 10/10 service!

They showed up on time and did a great job. I made a last-minute change where the charger should be installed, and it was a little further away and harder to get to, but Jacob and his team got right on it made the necessary adjustments and got my charger plug in installed and it looks great. Jacob even took a look at an outlet in my bathroom and quickly fixed that on the way out. The work was top notch at a fair price. I will hire Trouble Shooting Electrical for any future needs I may have.

I called Jake on short notice to repair an electrical outlet in the garage (which continually tripped). He came out even though it was late in the day. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the GFI outlet. Great service. I will be contacting Jake when I am back in town to perform additional work at the house.

Jake and Reice are both fantastic People and electricians. They were able to help with all my electrical needs for my remodel. From a service change to an EV charger with lots of added lighting and a complete kitchen remodel. These guys are the best. I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend.
