Elmer did a great job,I am very satisfied,, I had a leak in the bedroom,he was always on time and explained what was. being done. He made sure to clean up after the project. I love my new floor,I give Elmer a 5 Star rating and would use him again , also recommend him to others! Thanks to Elmer!

Elmer and his assistant did a great job on our floors. I could not see any imperfections in the floor when they were finished. In addition, the finish and wood trim look excellent. Elmer was prompt, professional and did the job on the agreed upon week and days. I’d highly recommend SCR for any flooring jobs.

Great experience on time very professional and organized

Elmer was a true professional in every aspect of our project, which was about 530 sf, kitchen and bkfst room. He told us in advance when he was available, gave us the price, flexed the start date when we needed to move it, and showed up every day, starting on a Saturday. He kept me informed of every step, and was couteous and friendly. He started with a sanded patch and gave us 3 colors to choose. Even helped me move 2 chairs. The work, dark stain on maple with a satin finish, is gorgeous. I have already given his name to 3 friends.

Elmer came to repair leak damage on my wood flooring. When he removed the old flooring at the damage site he discovered that the subfloor had rotted. I applaud his honesty in: - identifying a more extensive problem and offering a solution which had to be done by another contractor before he could proceed wth his projected work, instead of just doing a "band-aid" fix - promptly following up once the subfloor had been repaired. - being courteous and respectful during the job and cleaning up thoroughly once the job was completed I would use him for any floor job I have in the future.

Elmer Interiano, SCR Hardwood Flooring, is the worst businessman I ever met. Not only is he not professional, but he is also unethical in his practice of doing business. He is too extreme to describe in words. Ineffable. First Elmer does not provide a contract for the job. No specific start time, or time of completion. Elmer gave me two (2) starting dates, then missed them and blamed me for not confirming the start times. Thus, causing an extreme delay in finishing the construction project. I asked for a contract or something in writing that would bind him to a date and time. After spinning me for a week, he claimed that his printer was broken and could not print the contract. I insisted so he sent me an email with vague details of the job. And provided no business address where he was operating from. Then claimed that the date was not confirmed and took another job when the starting date was confirmed in the reply email. Then he wanted money (50%) for the job without any contract. He just wanted money supposedly for the material. Elmer is not professional, and I would not recommend him to any job without him getting his business ethics in order. I score him F- (minus). And would NOT use him in business or refer him through this service. Because, if he does something wrong, Elmer positions himself not to be contacted, reported, or sued. Elmer was a true professional. I will use him again once I build my basement. My mother wants him to do her flooring in NJ. He is awesome and detailed oriented.

Elmer is very professional and knowledgeble I definitely would recommend him also very neat and they finished my living room and dining room in 2 days ask him to show picture s of his work very satisfied going to hire them 4 more jobs

They were hard working, courteous and on time. They did quality work,and did not waste time. They actually cleaned up after they finished! I was impressed. I definitely recommend them.
