Royal Landscaping and Masonry, owned by Valber, has provided excellent service and quality work on multiple projects at my home. A couple of years ago, they installed a new irrigation system, that has been working flawlessly ever since, and a fence. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the job in a timely manner. This year, Royal Landscaping and Masonry renovated my backyard patio. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the project, finishing it in far less time than I would have expected. It took only 2 days to complete a 485 sqf patio. The end result is a beautifully design that has transformed my outdoor living space. In addition to the patio renovation, Royal Landscaping also removed some overgrown bushes in front of my house. They handled this task with care, leaving the area clean and tidy. Overall, I have been very impressed with the quality of work, customer service, and timeliness that Royal Landscaping and Masonry has provided. Valber gives good honest advice/suggestions without trying to upsell. In fact, I had wanted some more expensive options, and he advised me to do something different. Now that I’ve seen the completed project, he was absolutely correct! As for his team, I was absolutely amazed at how hard they worked. They were polite and courteous, true professionals who take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping, masonry, or outdoor living space improvements. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ROYAL LANDSCAPING & MASONRY (Cape Cod, MA) Valber the owner is VERY rude and disrespectful! Never called to confirm the appointment. Never called to inform me of crew running late, VERY late! He said I was wasting his time by complaining! He never even apologized for his behavior! I asked for a discount because of this. He flat out told me NO! They had to come back the next day to finish the job that they should have finished that same day. Valber told me a time, showed up late again! Never called to notify of being late again! Accused me of wasting his time for complaining! He asked if I wanted him to call off his crew. I told him I wanted to call my husband first, As I am talking to my husband, he instructed his crew to begin the job WITHOUT my permission! I went out there and he was laughing! Let me remind you he is the owner of this company! When my husband got home and saw how upset I was, he called Valber. He was just as rude and disrespectful to my husband as he was to me! He kept cutting my husband off mid sentence and accused me of trying to get as much discount as I can out of this! And said just because he tells us a time does not mean they have to be there at that time! He also said he was TOO busy to call or text to let us know they were running late! FYI they did not show up until 5:30 p.m. the first day, was suppose to be here at 7:15 a.m the next day did not show up until 8:15 a.m. He also hung up on my husband! Again this is the owner of the company! On their websit they advertise â customer satisfaction guaranteedâ Do I sound like a satisfied customer to anyone? I donâ t think so!!! While my husband was in the hospital with our son for 3 weeks, He called multiple times demanding payment. He came to our house and rang the doorbell and harassed us until we wrote him a check. He threaten us with legal action. He would not leave our property until he had his payment.

We used Royal for a basic clean up and were very happy, so we used them for a big yard clean up, brush clearing etc. Royal also put in a large stone driveway. The workers are thorough and courteous. The customer service is great. Highly recommend. We used for our home and a rental cottage.

Very, very pleased with their work. Their attention to detail raises the bar for everyone else. We will hire their services from now on.
