We have worked with different companies over the last 40 years. You meet good and bad unfortunately. I have to say that from Jeremy stopping at our home noticing shingles were missing till the project manager James everyone was so nice and professional. Even the work crew was absolutely great. Would recommend to everyone. And we have. We brag about this business to our friends and our neighbors. I give them a 5 and would give higher if I could. Rose Roofing is the best!!

Roofing team was very courteous and efficient. They got the entire old roof removed and new one installed in about eight hours. They also swept the entire yard with a magnetic sweep to remove any extraneous nails. Very quick and professional job.

I am absolutely livid with this company. They completely destroyed my gutter/helmet and now have the audacity to block all my calls and ignore every single one of my emails. Their unprofessionalism and sheer carelessness are beyond infuriating. To make matters worse, they blatantly lie by claiming they have no record of my claim?even though they emailed me about the issue and referenced our previous call. This is nothing short of disrespect and dishonesty towards their customers. I had to go out of my way to call them from a different number just to get someone to finally pick up the phone. This level of negligence, disregard, and outright avoidance is absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT waste your time or money with this company?they clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of their work. Avoid them at all costs!

Everything went well, customer service was excellent. The workers was on time and did a very good job on the roof and a very good job cleaning up. I would recommend anybody to Rose Roofing great company to work with and great quality work.

The roof was installed very well. The ridge vents are very straight and well done. I would recommend Rose Roofing.

They were prompt and worked quickly to get the job done.

They worked like an assembly line from start to finish. It was like everyone knew what had to be done next without talking and no problems. They also took care of not damaging plants around the house as well as cleanup and pick up small pieces of shingle and used magnet rollers several times to pick up any nails on the ground. I will use them again if roof has to be replaced in the future.

The roofers arrived early as scheduled and immediately started their work. They protected the shrubs, balcony rails, and landscaping from fallen debris. They were well organized and cleaned the surroundings once they completed the work. Highly recommended.
