the lube they use --smells like an old oil change garage. I had to wipe all the tracks to reduce the smell. They put a small hole in screen and didn't say anything. Screens are old and need replacing anyway, but really? Used steel roller instead of stainless -hope they last?

We can't say enough great things about this company, leveled our sliding doors so that they would lock again in about 15 minutes. Then gave the doors an overall check.....they are 10'years old, said at some point they would need new rollers ( they are very heavy hurricane proof windows). No pressure at all, we did choose to get that job done as well because we were so impressed with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had a great overall experience with Roll-In Roll-Out. Alex and his helper showed up right on time both for the estimate and the repair. Alex's estimate for roller replacement on my sliding door was less than the other quotes. Job was completed quickly, and my sliding door now operates like brand new. We wish we would have hired Roll-In Roll-Out to fix our slider years ago!

Thought I needed new rollers on slider and they just adjusted door, cleaned and lubricated tracks and door works great. Good price also.
