There was one nail sticking out he was right there & could of knocked it in but now I have to get my long ladder & do it my self what does that tell U. Otherwise he did a good job.

This was a gutter cleaning job per our agreed work order. There was no mention of a nail sticking out. Had this been mentioned we would have gladly "knocked" it back in given the opportunity. The gutters were cleaned and we went over the project completion of which all was well. If there were any issues or concerns we would have been happy to address them had we been contacted.
