Work was done in 2015. An uneven settlement since then in the paved patio floor; one of the seating walls is no longer stable. They rebuilt chimney but did not clean out flue from the furnace and caused it to vent into my basement creating a dangerous situation that I luckily discovered from an energy audit later in the year. Work was done late and last minute. Some of the work quality was good. I have to pay another mason now to re-level the patio and rebuild the seating wall.

I am sorry you feel that way. You designed your own layout for the windows and patio I did and did not pay your bills and why the job was not completed You still have a balance due of $3,000.

I hired this company to put in a simple patio. Rocco the owner did not do the job himself. He hired someone who did not finish the job because Rocco fired them. He rushed through the completion of the job which the results were very unsatisfactory .We gave him ample time (many months) to correct the mistakes and never once did he take the opportunity. His price was way to high for an unprofessional and unsupervised job.

Tear down and replace a chimney. Working with R&G Masonry was a great experience. Rocco and team met expectations and were highly responsive to my questions. They were on the job they said they would be and finished the job when they said they would finish! I highly recommend R&G Masonry and would use them again if needed.
