It has been 4 months and they never have gotten a permit for work, I am currently in violation of work done without permit and am scheduled for a hearing in April with City. They got paid the day after install, when I kept questioning when inspector was coming I got nothing. I researched and found they abandoned permit. I have retained a law firm, filed with state and county against there license. Stay away from this company.

Spot on for emergency repair. Called several and they were the only service who lived up to their claim. John was the technician and showed up within 2 hours of call. He diagnosed issue within 10 minutes and cold air was once again flowing. Very knowledgeable and explained why unit was overheating as well as solution he implemented. Will definitely become repeat customer. Thank you John.

I had called them for a service appointment and maintenance. However, I did not get any information from them until I texted them several times. They did not send me the invoice when they said they would. They have not completed the job that I asked them to do.
