Rob Jordan and Sons Plumbing and Heating

Rob is a professional -- personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and perhaps best of all, smart and innovative and able to create good solutions for difficult challenges, for both indoor and outside plumbing. As an example, we had a very complex main sewer leak in an old house with many drains feeding in, and Rob developed the most efficient solution that was superior to the existing main set-up, and it will last for decades. He also thought creatively in putting in an instant-on water heater where there was limited space in the house and created an excellent system there as well. He's also thought of commonsense ways for us to better winterize our plumbing, and more. Simply said, although I don't want to share Rob ..., for the greater good, I have to. He's excellent at what he does and will be our plumber moving forward.

Rob and his side kick helper were great! I received a call just minutes after submitting a quote inquiry and scheduled an appointment. He showed up right on time and got everything working perfectly. I'll now always call Rob first!

Rob was great! He arrived on time, did a fantastic job and really took the time to explain things to me. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice on the furnance. Our boiler was destroyed by a water leak in the middle of the coldest part of winter. Rob was right there and even with snow coming down helped rescue the heating system, helped keep the house intact and helped arrange installation of a new pellet boiler ASAP. He knows what he is doing, critically sized up weak parts of our plumbing and made corrections that I'm convinced would have caused trouble down the road. Very happy.

Rob was affable, efficient and effective. He performed two plumbing repairs and both were successful. He also cleaned up after himself (didn't leave me any gifts to deal with). He also has reasonable rates.

Good guys, thorough job. I thought the estimate was a little high but I still hired them and was very happy with the job. Willing to exchange some old copper fittings for a reduced cost. I would recommend Rob.
