Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent work and customer service. I donâ t have a good understanding of the billing process.
They worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards.
He hung our TV above our fireplace. He did a great job and was very efficient. It looks great!
This team was respectful to us and our property. They kept the work area clean and did a wonderful job replacing our front door, side panel with glass and storm door. Everything was level and snug. Very happy with their work. Have used them before and have always been happy with the workers and the results.
Responded quickly
Andrew Haste of Home Care and Repair came to my home figured out and designed a structure for my rain barrel. Using my existing wood he helped save on cost. I would have him come again when I need any more help. On time and cleaned up everything job was done very well.
Very reliable team, and quality service. We highly recommend Home Care and Repair to complete your projects.
The customer service team was very responsive. We had some special things that needed to be accomplished, and they worked diligently with us to finish in a timely manner. They made sure that we were well taken care of. They rectified any issues that came up, and made any changes necessary to meet our satisfaction.
Took care of what I needed in a timely fashion! Would definitely recommend.
I hired the company waited 3 weeks for an appointment they did not have enough time to do it, when he arrived he told me it was too hot so he could not do the job and then he left, I was told I would receive a call from this company but I did not get one. I called this morning to make a complaint. I even submitted pictures so they originally knew where the job was.
We definitely did not handle several parts of this project as well as we should have. Unfortunately, we weren't able to schedule the job any quicker than 3-weeks because we were booked solid, but when we knew we wouldn't have enough time that day to complete it, we should have created an alternate date immediately instead of touching-base 1-1/2 days later. Also, when the customer sent (2) pictures of the room below but not the attic-space where the work would actually be done, we should have clarified and requested a few more attic-specific photos to more clearly understand the scope and details better. We also should have pro-actively rescheduled the job to a day when the temp outside wasn't 98, making the attic over 125 degrees; and we should've explained our process of seeing the job-site first, then leaving the site to get the required and the correct materials, so the customer didn't feel that we were unprepared. For those things, we apologized and offered to make it right however we could, but understandably, she declined. But we continue to use situations like this to make us a stronger and better company.
