    Great company! The owner drove down to our place to give a free estimate and while looking over the site, also made some suggestions on how to prep for the job we had in mind. We were about to pour a concrete patio in our backyard and planned on adding 3 brick columns with built in color-changing LED light blocks. That meant, however, that we had to install conduits for the electrical wiring BEFORE the concrete was poured. Mr. Greg Proctor gave us a rough sketch that we, in turn, gave to the concrete contractor when the patio was poured. A few months later, we called Mr. Proctor back and he came and installed the wiring for the 3 light columns and a GFCI outlet for a projector or any other electrical appliance we needed outside. Greg was (and is) a gentleman and a scholar - excellently skilled at what he does and great to work with. Oh, and btw, he did it all in one day at a price that was both reasonable and competitive!

    I hired RCE to figure out why my pool equipment was not getting 220V. He took the panel off, and there was a loose wire. He should have just tightened it up, but instead, he decided he would *clean things up* and he took everything apart, and could not figure out how to put it back together. Now I am left with a full week delay in finding another electrician, and I have no idea how to tell the new electrician what Greg did and how it should be back together. He showed up fast, but actually cost me more time than anyone else would have who was qualified. He may can change outlets, but so can I.

    I am sorry that you feel that way but I did not repair your pool wiring because If I did it the way it was it would not have be safe or by the electrical code and I do not know why you are trying to defame my company because you are angry that you dismiss get your way I could have the city come and condemn you pool for safety reasons
