Reviews
Write a ReviewI was pleased they came, inspected, and did a good job.
none
They found no squirrels so there was no charge. very good and thorough though.
Do not hire this company for squirrel removal! They only know the same information that the homeowner knows. Paid over $400 for squirrel removal and had to hire someone else because they were not able to stop the squirrel from getting back into the attic. They closed the hole and placed a trap in the attic. A squirrel came back that night and made another hole. Never came back to check the trap. Then wanted extra money to place a trap on the roof. Hiring this company was a waste of money.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you feel this way about the service that you received. We take great pride in the level of service that we provide our valued customers. You are are no exception to this and for that again I sincerely apologize. Our history with HomeAdvisor clearly indicates that this is definitely not the norm. We've received multiple "Best of Service Awards" for the South Atlanta area and have maintained a 4.68 out of 5 star rating. I understand that this doesn't serve as any consolation to you, but I hope it in some way assures you of our sincerity. With that being said I would like to address some things mentioned in your review with respect to your perspective. Your perspective is your heartfelt experience and it was our job to make sure that it was positive. In spite of our attempts, regrettably we were unable to so. Per the signed service agreement, you paid $425 for us to "seal (1) entry point" that was made by a squirrel, which was done successful and acknowledged as "satisfactory" by you. We also pointed out on the agreement that there were no guarantee of trapping success. Also, that once the original entry point is sealed properly, it is very common for a squirrel to make a new hole. Therefore, any new entry points could not be covered under the warranty but could be "sealed at an additional cost". We honored the warranty by sealing the identified entry point(s) and covered any re entry to said point(s). This was rendered successfully and documented with before and after pictures. In contrast to your claim, we also made multiple return trips to check traps and went outside of the original agreement by sealing up a new entry at no additional charge. Whereas negative reviews for our services are far and few between, we still must take this opportunity to learn from so that they remain distant and hopefully non existent. We do realize that your expectation was for us to remove a squirrel that had occupied your attic and or keep it from getting back in. At the end of the day, we weren't able to achieve that. On a constructive note please know that we've made some changes to our service agreement reemphasizing the bullet points previously discussed in hopes that there is no chance of any misunderstanding such as this to ever happen again. One time is too many when it comes to achieving our goal of outstanding customer service. Our service agreements, like many others in our industry, have hold harmless clauses all throughout them that specifically address variables that prohibit certain definitive results. Going forward we will make sure that the customer completely understands these said clauses and why they are in place. Thanks again for the feedback. We will let this serve as a valuable learning experience.
Chris and his team were able to describe the steps that would be taken to remove bats and their debris from our residence (attic). Then a plan was proposed and the steps were carried out. We are pleased with the service and would recommend Resolve Pest Control. Have critters? Hire Resolve to remediate the situation.
Chris showed up on time and did a great job. He was also very knowledgeable and personable.
Customer service is great and pricing is very competitive. Ask questions if shopping around, find out what the service will include and what will be done. Resolve has been very courteous, helpful and prompt.
The office staff was quick and knowledgeable. The service technician, Trevor, was friendly, professional, and personable. I highly recommend this company.
Prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.
