Proceed with caution. I initially had a very positive impression of Zach. We met, discussed my renovation project, and I liked him personally. However, he repeatedly pushed for upfront payment and prepayment. Ultimately, I paid approximately $8,000. For that payment, I received only a draft or two of the cabinet designs. After that, communication essentially stopped, and I never heard from him again. My experience was extremely disappointing. I felt that I paid a substantial amount upfront and received very little in return. My advice to anyone considering Renovation NYC is to be very careful about making significant advance payments and to ensure there are clear deliverables and expectations tied to any money paid upfront.

The job was done proficiently within a reasonable period of time. The Kitchen cabinets replaced were handcrafted and designed to fit the space. The workmen were professional and on time. Zac will work with you to realize your specifications. Nice!!

I couldn't have asked for better. I was losing hope that this project was going to get done. They worked with me and found the perfect cabinet. They were very responsive and were easy to work with. It was done quickly and efficiently. They also were very understanding and seemed they love their job! I would highly recommend Renovation NYC. Their card is close by if I need any other work done. Also, it was amazing that the color matched my other Kitchen cabinets!

Iâ m very happy with the work preform by Renovation NYC. Zac was very responsive and on schedule he show up with his design and few weeks later my cabinets were install the crew was clean and carful I will definitely hire them again and considering renovate my bathroom

He says there is a free estimate but he doesn't give you an estimate until you give him money. Then he will not give you your money back. His word is not worth anything. He said he would send me my check back but he lied. He managed to cash my check within a couple of hours. He looks around and says you need ten cabinets and has you sign a piece of paper agreeing but if I installed ten cabinets in my small kitchen they would be in the hallway.

Nice fellow, who promised much more than he delivered.
