Patrick, Vence, and Mike were wonderful. I had ordered 5 windows to be replaced and unfortunately only 4 were able to be installed. I have a huge bay window, and I am on a hill with this window being about 20-25 feet up. I’m a little upset that I had the conversation with Chris when I placed the order, and Adam who came to confirm the measurements , will this bay window be an issue to install.? I was told by both no problem. However who schedule the install only sent 2 workers. Now there is a problem. Patrick did make a call to get help but unfortunately he was not able to get her until later. By the time he got here it was getting dark and rain coming soon. And I feel it was a safety issue to try and have 2 workers put that big window in. Now I have to reschedule and take time off from work again to have this window installed. But the third person who came jumped in and helped get the 4 windows done. That was awesome for these 3 men. I will request at least 3 to come when I can.

It was very well planned out ahead of time. The windows (14 ) came earlier than I expected which was great. Patrick Carlson was our installer with others. He kept in touch as to the time he would arrive and worked tirelessly to finish the project in a timely manner. The house looked beautiful when he left. The clean up was well done. I love my new windows which were professionally installed by Patrick and his team. I can’t say enough about my experience.

I love my windows! Mike P. came by this morning to swap out a new window from a recent install. It had a scratch in between the glass and I needed it replaced. I sent a few pictures and a week or so later the job was done. Perfect! Thanks Mike P. 🙂 and Renewal by Andersen Windows... Very happy with all of my windows and the installation team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Patrick and Noah did an awesome job installing our new windows. They were professional and very nice. They made sure our floors were protected, installed the windows perfectly and cleaned up like they hadn’t been there. Would recommend them highly!
