Renewal Solutions helped us after we had a tree fall on our house and cause extensive damage throughout our home. We did research on contractors in the area and they were recommended by our neighbors. Renewal Solutions were very responsive and never pushy during the estimate phase. Once we selected them they did major repairs on our house in 6 weeks where others said it would take at least 8-10. Their workers were there every single day, showing up in the morning and working through the afternoon six days a week. If he had any questions, Joe and Tommy were available and ready to answer them promptly. I heard horror stories about contractors before so I feel very lucky we ultimately ended up using Renewal Solutions who made this terrible ordeal easy and got us our home back in record time and looking better than ever.

Everyone at Renewal Solutions was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The renovation of a half bath and closet into a handicap accessible bathroom was done in the time promised and came out absolutely beautiful! Dan, Tommy, Russ along with all of the workers were WONDERFUL!!!

Tom & his Renewal crew were great. They completed total renovations on two of our bathrooms. They completed the work as promised and my husband & I were completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact we arenâ  t done. We plan on having them back to complete another project.

First time home owner hired them in Dec of 2020 to renovate the interior of an older home. My wife and I were going for an open floor plan look and was told this can be easily be accomplished so I spent the extra money to get it as open as possible. I trusted what they were selling to me. To my dismay during the summer of 2021 only 6 months later, a noticeable crack formed throughout the whole length of where the load bearing wall was taken out under the new beam. It turns out an undersized beam was installed and it should have been double the size and strength. I had to fix their error and basically my money was poured down the drain. I had nightmares thinking my house is going to fall down on my wife and newborn on the way. There was also another beam that was installed to open up our kitchen area unto the living room space, and I can assume that that most likely wasnt done correctly either but we will see for now. Thank god I found out about the error when I went to renovate my basement with another contractor and he was very concerned about the crack in the ceiling and brought in an architect. When I confronted the owner of Renewal he told me to just â put some compound on the crack tape it up" and that "the contractor knows better than the architect".. Renewal showed no remorse at all. The issues with the beam caused other issues upstairs such as sloping and unlevel floors. We spent thousands on beautiful new hardwood flooring that felt wobbly. The error has also caused the our bathroom grout to crack as well because of the beamâ s deflection. The whole process was miserable and in my opinion pricing was way out of line for the quality of the work. I felt as if I was up-charged for every little thing. I Trusted them to work on my kitchen as well for the apparent conveinence of doing everything all at once and got completely overcharged for inferior quality cabinets and shotty detail work all around. The painting was subpar as well as you see spots totally missed. Its seems like they just wanted to get the job done with as little effort as possible and as cost effective as possible. We were taken advantage of and played like suckers. I had to Renew almost of of Renewals' work.

Tom and his crew were professional and friendly throughout. In a time when no one was responding to request for quotes Tom was responsive and provided us with a competitive quote for the work that we had them complete. His crew was professional and in addition to completing the work they were willing to share their knowledge with me on the work they were doing. We will consider them for future projects.

I can only say great things about the Owner, Tom, Kelvin and his helper. Very professional, honest and courteous. This will be my go to company from now on. Boy, I have had several experiences with many companies. Make this your go to company for your projects!!! Love them!! Can't beat their work and prices!!

The owner of this company is a great guy. Very professional in asking you what you want and explains the whole process to you. Tom works with you and the men he puts on the job are also very professional and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job done. Also very affordable. I had a GREAT experience with Tom and the Renewal Solutions team. I called Renewal Solutions for a whole house renovation. Tom the owner met with me and listened to what I wanted done and my budget. He was clear in what had to be done and the cost of the renovation. He is friendly and very easy to talk to, and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had during the entire renovation. His workers are top notch professionals. They were always there working and cleaned up at the end of the day. I had 2 bathrooms and kitchen totally remodeled, Flooring throughout the house, new doors, custom built-in cabinets on each side of the fireplace and a new roof besides all electrical and plumbing and more. My house looks AMAZING! I am so happy with my new home. I would 100 percent recommend Renewal Solutions to do any project!

My husband and I bought our first home in June. Didnâ t think our first major repair would have to be done so quick, but a pipe broke under our bathtub. Once the repair was made I was left with a hole in the slab and was overwhelmed to say the least. Tommy spent some extra time explaining everything to me in detail so that I could relax. He was friendly and honest and extremely generous with his time. He was always willing to answer any of my many questions through the whole process. His crew was professional and neat. I am very happy with the finished project. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
