Our experience with Renewable Gutters was great. Not only was our gutters cleaned but they tightened the gutters and sealed two seams that were causing huge leeks of water when it rained. They very professional, which I appreciated. I would hire them again.

Great experience! We submitted our request for suggested companies, Eddie came out the next day for a quote, and less than a week later, the gutters were replaced. Eddie was very down-to-earth. He didn't nickel and dime us. He told us the price (which was lower than the two other quotes received). No pressure selling or 'if you sign today' pricing conversations. Dan and the installer arrived timely the day of the install and were very nice and professional. I would work with Renewal Gutters again. Overall great experience!

In short: Renewal Gutters was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and patient with me. The gutters are such a big improvement, functionally and visually. I'm very pleased with them and I feel that the company really took good care of us. Eddie promptly reached out to schedule a quote. He was the only one of the three companies I received a quote from that was on time. He also seemed the most knowledgeable about gutters and provided the most useful information. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me because I knew nothing of gutters beforehand. Eddie also did a good job answering my follow-up questions and was patient with me as I was weighing options. It took me almost a month before deciding to sign the contract with Renewal Gutters. Most of the hesitancy came from me being a fairly new homeowner and never having to hire a contractor before. The process was new and a bit intimidating (not that Renewal Gutters made me feel that). After signing the contract, Dan called to schedule the work. He was very easy to work with and was able to schedule around a time that worked for both of us. He and his crew came out to the house to remove the old gutters and install new gutters while my husband and I were out of town. He also arrived at the time he said he would and finished that afternoon. We had come home that evening, and the gutters and downspouts just instantly looked so much better and were such a nice, fresh touch to the house. Eddie and I had discussed gutter guards early on, but I wasn't quite sure we needed them. When agreeing to the work, I had understood we were also getting the gutter guards. When I did not see them, I reached out to Eddie to confirm. It was explained that they were not part of the contract I signed. As common sense as it sounds, this was a good lesson to thoroughly understand the contract you sign and to understand the exact price and expectation of what goods/services you are getting and paying for. Dan reached out the next day and came and installed the gutter guards despite it not being part of the contract. He was very polite, courteous, and respectful. I feel like he went above and beyond since it was not part of the contract. He also tried reconnecting a piece of loose siding that he didn't have to.
